I Stand Amazed!

Christ did not see anything in me that was worthy of His suffering and death, rather it was what was in Him that made Him willing to pay sin's greatest price for me: namely His unconditional love!
I pray today that His great love would overwhelm you afresh, and that we would be able to sing in deep sincerity with the old hymn writer:

I stand amazed in the presence
Of Jesus the Nazarene,
And wonder how He could love me
A sinner condemned, unclean.
Oh how marvelous, oh how wonderful
And my song shall ever be,
Oh how marvelous, oh how wonderful
Is my Savior's love for me!
